During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. 10w40 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be using false or incomplete information.

  • You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, unless you promptly report any unauthorised access.
  • 10w40 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from sharing your login credentials with a third party.
  • Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.

Disputed Transactions

If you notice any suspicious or unrecognised transaction, you must contact 10w40 support within 30 days of the transaction date. 10w40 will not be liable for any claims raised after this period.

10w40 reserves the right to withhold or suspend withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, 10w40 may require additional verification documents.

Liability Limits, Account Suspension, and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

10w40 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system failures, or unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.

10w40's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

10w40 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

  • There is suspected fraud, misconduct, or a breach of these terms
  • The user provided false information during registration
  • User opens multiple accounts
  • User employs unauthorised software or prohibited methods
  • Required under the direction of the relevant authorities or applicable law

Any valid balance in an account closed for reasons other than fraud will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 10w40 platform are the property of 10w40 or its respective licensors and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from 10w40.
